TRAVEL:
Please fill out a travel request form every time you are going to travel outside the country.
You need to get your DS2019 form stamped only once and it is valid for the whole year for travel.

PHONE CALLS/Video chats:

International calls are expensive from your home phone, so try the free services first! ( do not use your cell phone for international calls they are super expensive!)

-Skype is free if the receiver has a computer that can chat also.
