Au Pairs from Westport, Weston and Wilton toured the Westport Historical Society’s at 25 Avery Place and viewed their latest photographic exhibit of historic Westport homes .  Afterward, Director Sue Gold conducted a Qi Gong class, just for us.  Qi Gong means “cultivating the body’s vital energy””; Its  a gentle mind-body exercise that helps improve health and overall well being.  The meditative state of mind through regular practice provides powerful mental and emotional benefits, fostering creativity, improved mood, relaxation and better sleepIMG_1664-300x225-1

Flag Day June 14th

Flag Day is on Friday, June 14th.

The flag of The United States is a symbol of this country’s values and traditions. The 13 red and white stripes represent the original colonies and the 50 stars stand for the states.
