Congratulations! Au Pair in America’s Au Pair of the Year Award Winners, 2022

We are delighted to announce the winners of Au Pair in America’s 2022 Au Pair of the Year Award! This annual award was created by Au Pair in America to honor au pairs who have inspired their host families and community. The award provides families with a way they can show appreciation for their au pair and the impact hosting has had on their lives.  

Host families who submitted a nomination sent in an essay describing what makes their au pair exceptional, and how their au pair has impacted their family, integrated into their local community and learned about the United States.  

First, second and third place winners were selected by a committee appointed by Au Pair in America. All nominees receive a certificate, with the top three winners also receiving travel vouchers, entry into the International Au Pair Association’s (IAPA) Au Pair of the Year contest and a special edition Au Pair in America bracelet.  

Drumroll, Please: Au Pair in America’s 2022 Au Pair of the Year Award Winners Are… 

The Au Pair in America team would like to thank all of our host families for their submissions, as well as all of the incredible au pairs nominated. There were so many thoughtful nominations from host families this year, each accompanied by meaningful stories about their au pair.
