\"DSC_1011\"Billy and Nancy Greer, owners of the <\/span>Jing Ying Institute of Kung Fu & Tai Chi<\/span><\/a>, hosted an amazing two hour self-defense class for our Annapolis au pairs this past weekend. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Their one-on-one training included a personal protection plan, demonstrations, and an opportunity to practice some simple and effective techniques for escaping an aggressor. These techniques provided tools that were easy to remember and gave the girls greater confidence in being able to protect themselves and the children entrusted to their care. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to adult instruction at all levels, Bill and Nancy offer many wonderful children\u2019s programs.\u00a0 Their <\/span>Preschool Pandas Program<\/span><\/a>, a fitness program that focuses on coordination and flexibility, is open to children from ages 2 to 5 and is free! \"DSC_1021\"\"DSC_1009\"<\/span><\/p>\n

This would be a wonderful opportunity for an au pair and their child to participate in a fun activity together while meeting new friends.<\/span><\/p>\n
