Best \t\t\t\t\t\tsources include skinless chicken or turkey breast, fish and shellfish, \t\t\t\t\t\tegg whites, lowfat milk and cheese, kidney beans, chick peas, tofu \t\t\t\t\t\tand other soy products.<\/li>\n<li>Variety &#8211; try to eat fruits and vegetables of many different \t\t\t\t\t\tcolors.
