Dear Au Pairs, \u00a0 I wanted to take a second today to thank you for working so hard. I do know that you have a very hard job. \u00a0 Your job, although hard, is really one of the most valuable I know. \u00a0 You have an impact on the little people you care for. They are learning from you, even when you are not teaching. They learn to smile when days are hard. They learn to speak softly even when you are angry. They learn to take the news of\u00a0a mistake graciously and\u00a0make it better next time. They learn that the telling the truth is always the best thing to do. They learn about you! \u00a0 They also learn that\u00a0our country is not\u00a0the only\u00a0country. We may be\u00a0different , but we\u00a0\u00a0are all alike\u00a0in the most important of ways. \u00a0 You are so important to your host family and your host children.
