We are so proud of Natalia for winning! She has volunteered at the Smithsonian Folk Festival, at an event organized by Larry King Cardiac Foundation, at an Eco- city farm, at George Mason’s University cleanup, and at a 5K race for Manna, Inc. Wow! Natalia has truly taken advantage of her time in the U.S. by reaching out and helping others.

Our cluster meeting this month included a very special celebration of Natalia Restrepo’s Au Pair in America Maryland Community Service Award . We had a picnic at a local park in the Kenwood neighborhood, devoured some cheesecake and planned to look at the cherry blossoms, but there were none! Unfortunately, the cold weather in March and early April delayed the cherry blossoms. Regardless, we soaked in the warm sun, played volleyball and chatted with each other.
