This is an extremely beneficial opportunity for au pairs to expand their child safety skills and enhance their understanding of child development. Au Pair in America will reimburse the cost. Approved courses, which are available locally, include:

• American Red Cross Adult/Pediatric First Aid CPR/AED
• Pediatric First Aid CPR/AED (group class only)

Contact your community counselor before registering via the Red Cross website . To qualify for course reimbursement, au pairs must have a minimum six months remaining on their contract. Each au pair is entitled to one scholarship only.
