Kate Finlay Zimmerman is a Community Counselor located in Sunny California who lives with her wife and son in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains just north of Los Angeles.\u00a0 She joined APIA after 15 years in Human Resources, including specialization in Recruitment, Management Coaching, and Employee\u00a0Relations.\u00a0 In her career she has worked for companies in several different industries, but has a special fondness for efficient non-profits.\u00a0 Kate has a BS in Child Psychology, as well as an Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification.\u00a0 Serving as a Community Counselor allows her to be at home with her young son in the afternoons and to work as a leader in his school\u2019s PTO.\u00a0 Kate has been with APIA since April of 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n
