Three full days follow started each day with early wake up calls.\u00a0\u00a0 The importance of being on time is emphasized so the meeting run smoothly and au pairs learn to understand the importance of time in America.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1892\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.aupairinamerica.com\/lie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2011\/06\/998798_10152025733573792_1279016968_n1.jpg\" alt=\"998798_10152025733573792_1279016968_n[1]\" width=\"246\" height=\"235\" \/>Noelle from Germany was welcomed to America by their Community Counselor, Cindy Garruba.\u00a0 She is going to a family in Pt.
