You will be charged a small fee, $1.50-$5.\u00a0 Money orders need to be paid for with cash (not credit cards.) You will fill out the money order similarly to a check and keep your receipt portion for your records.<\/p>\n<p>If you are paying your taxes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make check or money order payable to &#8220;United States Treasury.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Write this info somewhere on the check:\n<ul>\n<li>Your full name<\/li>\n<li>Your address and phone number<\/li>\n<li>Your Social Security Number<\/li>\n<li>2015 Form 1040 NR-EZ<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Mail your tax forms (keep copies for your records) and payment to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Internal Revenue Service<br \/>\nP.O.
