Classes must be offered by an accredited school and the class must conclude by the end of 2020. Au pairs must still produce certificates or other acceptable documentation confirming the completion of the class.<\/p>\n<p>If in doubt, ask your counselor to check if the school is accredited. Cost $500.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Online Class Websites<\/strong> \u2013 These platforms will list online courses all over the country. These courses come from a variety of sources and some are <strong>NOT<\/strong> accredited and not a US post secondary institution. You must be sure you are selecting a course that is from an accredited university. <strong>Always<\/strong> send the info to your Community Counselor to review before signing up. You must purchase a certificate to show completion of the course. The class is worth 20 hours and costs $49 to receive a certificate.*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.edx.org\">EdX<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ed2go.com\/online-schools\">Ed2go<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>All Things American *NEW*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1APsYXg28JROfI58e4JkvKKpH2fvTmooZ\/view?usp=sharing\"><strong>HERE<\/strong> <\/a>for a great list of online courses on a variety of topics related to American culture and history. They are\u00a0available\u00a0through Coursera and are being taught by accredited colleges and universities.
