Kielbasa Penne Dish \u2013 Poland<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

2 pounds of Polska kielbasa\u00a0 \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

1 white onion<\/p>\n

1 tbsp of white sugar<\/p>\n

1 1\/2 cups of sour cream<\/p>\n

1 box of penne pasta<\/p>\n

1 1\/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese<\/p>\n

Little bit of oil of your liking (olive oil, canola oil)<\/p>\n

Salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Recipe:<\/p>\n

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0 Fahrenheit<\/p>\n

Make penne pasta (remember to salt water slightly) in the big pot, strain, put back in a the same, big pot.<\/p>\n

Prepare big pan with olive oil or canola oil<\/p>\n

Cut up Polska kielbasa and cut again to make half moons, put in a pan with cut up onion and cook until goldenish brownish color.<\/p>\n

Lower the temperature and add sugar to caramelize a bit, stir and add sour cream, stir again until well blended.<\/p>\n

Add salt and pepper as preferred.<\/p>\n

Put everything in the big pot with pasta and stir well.<\/p>\n

Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and stir well.<\/p>\n

Put everything in oven dish, add the rest of shredded cheese on top.<\/p>\n

Put in the oven for around 10 minutes for the cheddar to melt.<\/p>\n
