  2. DRESS UP SAFELY<\/strong> \u2013 Avoid masks that block children\u2019s vision and make sure costumes don\u2019t pose a tripping hazard. Avoid sharp or heavy props that could cause injury.<\/li>\n
  3. BE VISIBLE<\/strong> \u2013 Children should be visible to drivers. Consider reflective material on their costumes and\/or carrying a flashlight or glow stick.<\/li>\n
  4. CROSS SAFELY<\/strong> \u2013 Children should walk on the sidewalk and cross at corners.<\/li>\n
  5. CHECK TREATS<\/strong> \u2013 Children should not eat candy until an adult has a chance to check it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
