My name is Diana Kustra and I have been personally associated with Au Pair in America since 1988, first as a Host Mom and then as a local community counselor since May 2001.\u00a0 Previously,\u00a0 I worked in the sales profession for major consumer companies for 17 years.\u00a0 The combination of these experiences make me uniquely qualified to deliver Au Pair in America’s total package of service to both host families and au pairs, at the same time being sensitive to the needs of both.<\/p>\n

I am available to answer any questions you may have. In my opinion, the cultural exchange along with the in-home child care makes this a rewarding experience for all involved. I encourage my host families to welcome their au pairs with open arms and make them feel like one of the family. I believe the au pairs have a valuable opportunity to represent their countries in a positive way. If all goes well, your friendships will last long after the year is over.<\/p>\n

I was born and raised in the Montgomery County area.\u00a0 I am married with three children.<\/p>\n
