There is no charge to use this if an au pair would like to discuss a (covered) medical condition
over the phone first before going to a facility – – they can call this free service \u201cDoctor Please\u201d \u2013
with their insurance card in front of them as they will need to provide certain details –
855-327-1411. This service can advise and prescribe simple medicine if need be \u2013 or might
suggest to be seen in person should the medical condition require.
Birth Control Coverage
If prescribed for the sole purpose of preventing conception it is not covered. If it is prescribed to
treat a covered medical complaint it will be covered. Au Pairs who are seeking birth control to
prevent conception can go to Planned Parenthood and other community clinics or health
departments\/family planning clinics,
