AUDITORS<\/h2>\n

Registration for those wishing to audit classes will be held on Monday, September 1, 8:00 a.m. \u2013 5:00 p.m.<\/strong> in Lee Hall, Room 206. The fee for auditing is $30 per credit hour. You must complete the Audit Application and Registration<\/a> form. Citizens over 60 are exempt from the fee, but you must complete the Senior Citizen Tuition Waiver<\/a>. Au paires<\/em> should bring their visa.<\/p>\n

Audit Policy and Restrictions <\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Registration Form must be signed by the instructor.<\/p>\n

  • Undergraduate students may not audit graduate courses<\/li>\n
  • Suggested courses for au paires:\n
      \n
    • 100 and 200 level Economics (ECON)<\/li>\n
    • 100 and 200 level Geography (GEOG)<\/li>\n
    • 100 and 200 level History (HIST)<\/li>\n
    • 100 and 200 level Linguistics (LING)<\/li>\n
    • 100 and 200 level Psychology (PSYC)<\/li>\n
    • 100 and 200 level Sociology (SOCG)<\/li>\n
    • 100 and 200 level Theatre (THEA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Students seeking to learn English as a second language should contact area high schools or libraries.<\/li>\n
    • Students may not audit any individual study or research class, typically course numbers from 481 to 499 for any discipline.<\/li>\n
    • Students may not audit courses with labs in Biology (BIOL), Chemistry (CHEM), Geology (GEOL), Physics (PHYS) and Psychology (PSYC)<\/li>\n
    • Part-time auditors may register for a maximum of 11 credits each semester<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
