EMERGENCIES
If you have a legal or serious medical problem, call and text your Community Counselor at 301-613-0887. If your Community Counselor does not reply (after hours) or unavailable, and you cannot wait for a return call, please call the Au Pair in America Emergency service at 1-800-928-7247. Follow the prompts and you will be sent to a person at the Stamford Office who will connect you to a Senior Staff Member 24 hours/day and 7 days/week.
If you are in danger or need an ambulance, please call 911 and then your Community Counselor.

AU PAIRS DEPARTURE HOME
After APIA receives your flight request form (and travel month insurance, if applicable), you will receive an email confirmation. If you don’t receive this confirmation within three weeks of sending your request, please contact Stefanie Mulé immediately at smule @aifs. com. You will receive an email with your flight itinerary no later than 4-5 weeks prior to departure.
