What is your favorite memory of your stay in the U.S.?
Traveling to D.C., the most amazing place in this country. And spending the day, just me and the kids, visiting monuments.

What do you like doing with your host kids?
Going to the park and teaching them Spanish. It makes me feel happy, it brings me back to my childhood and I like when they are excited about learning a new language.

What do you enjoy most about being a member of your host family?
Being a member of my host family enriches my life. Taking part in daily activities, seeing the kids grow up, and just sharing my thoughts with them helps me overcome any obstacle.

What do you like doing with your host kids?
I love to build pillow castles with them because they love to build them with me. I also enjoy baking German bread with them to show them a little of my culture. And I especially like to play baseball with them because they love to teach me how to play!
