If you feelĀ homesick or lonely or just down please listen to this wonderful song that an aupair from Germany wrote :
At this time of the year many aupairs finished theĀ education requirements and received their certificates.
In order to extend their stay in the US all aupairs need to have all required credits: 6 credits for the Standart and Extraordinaire program and 12 credits for the Educare program.
Charlotte from France and Laura from the UK got their certificate.
We said good bye to Charlotte who will return home to France soon and I am excited that Laura from the UK will extend her aupair time with her current host family in Chestnut Hill.
Ari from Spain received her certificate as well before returning back home next week after her extension time
Ari from Spain, Violetta from Germany, Jessica from South Africa and Ale from Mexico
We welcomed Ale from Mexico to the Sharon area who arrived in the US last week and had to say good bye to Ari from Spain. Sharing wonderful memories is part of meeting together with aupairs.
Last weekend we met with host families and their au pairs at the Foxboro stadium for a tailgating party before the soccer revolution game started.
Many local community counselors from the greater Boston area were present to offer this opportunity for host families to get together to share information. All host families are required to participate in at least oneĀ event for hostfamilies as part of being in the aupair exchange program.
