Last Sunday our cluster participated with cluster from the greater Boston area in the Walk for Hunger, a community event to raise money for the hungry people in MA.

The Walk for Hunger which we offer to all cluster of the greater Boston area was a great event this year. Many of our aupairs went through the whole course of 20 miles started in Boston, then walked through Brookline, Newton, Cambridge and back to Boston. The weather was perfect despite some early morning chill.

Many more aupairs finished the 20 miles and I am very proud of them as well as of so many who walked part of this course too.
To walk for a good cause and to have family and friends sponsoring them is an American tradition and new to many aupairs who come from so many different countries to experience the American way of live here in the US. With this walk our Aupairs raised more then we expected to help the hungry in Massachusetts.

Yesterday our team Au Pair in America walked the Walk for Hunger to help the community raise money and awareness about hunger in MA.
Many of the team finished the 20 miles: Ladys from Panama, Candice from South Africa, Charlotte from France, Susanna from Costa Rica, Maye from Mexico, Ruanpen from Thailand, Sabine and Theresa from Austria.

Many of our aupairs participated in the Walk for Hunger on May 1 in Boston. It was a great success as a fundraiser for the hungry in Massachusetts as well as a fun walk as a team for AuPair in America.
