Local Cluster News
Winter is upon us! At our most recent cluster meeting we talked about making the effort to get outside and remain social even though the weather isn’t always pleasant. The nights are longer and with daylight being shorter until March, it’s especially important to get as much sunlight and fresh air as possible. Some people suffer from “Seasonal Affective Disorder”, or SAD- in short, sadness and ennui related to the shortness of sunlight in the sky. Check out this link from Mayo Clinic below to know more. Because SAD effects mood and mental health, I am also including a link for the SAMHSA Nation Helpline. If you think you may be effected, there are resources available for you.
