Cooking Class Anyone??

Italian in the Kitchen : Learn and Practice Italian through Recipes 

 

Have fun learning or improving your Italian by sharing recipes with your classmates. We will discuss Italian food and preparation: menus, recipes, ingredients, as well as Italian traditions surrounding food and culture.All recipes distributed in class are planned for four. No previous knowledge of Italian or cooking ability needed.

Instructor:

Caterina Labriola is a native Italian with a Laurea (Master)
in Foreign Languages and Literature.

Express yourself by painting a picture, writing a poem or essy, singing a song, dancing a dance or anything else that represents your idea of “Peace.”

Marin Chinese Cultural Association (MCCA)’s Chinese New Year Celebration Dinner

Saturday, February 4, 2012

San Rafael Community Center on B Street.

 

The event will begin at 5pm.  Featured Performances include:

  • Bian Lian & Chinese Magic
  • MCCA Lion Dance Team
  • Songs from MCCA’s Mandarin Students
  • Guzheng by Shura Ng

 

 

IEP Instructors or students interested in attending this event, please let us know. Sign up sheet is on Sara’s door. Pay Sara or Linda by Thursday, and get a receipt.

 

The cost is $40 per adult or $20 per child.
