The goal of the au pair program is to foster global understanding through educational and cultural exchange. Our Community Counselors are passionate about cultural exchange, and introducing their au pairs to the local community. From the little things, like a pumpkin spiced latte, to the big things, like hiking Mt. Rainier, our Community Counselors organize wonderful excursions so their au pairs can experience all that this country has to offer.
Two weeks ago, nearly 80 au pairs representing over 20 countries and their counselors ascended the Paradise Trails of Mt Rainier, the highest mountain in the state of Washington. It was a glorious day of color and laughter and a wonderful time was had by all!
