Being an au pair in DC has definite perks!

For our April meeting, our cluster toured the US Capitol and learned more about the design and construction of the building and our nation. Currently undergoing extensive renovations, much of the rotunda is obscured with scaffolding. However, the we were still were amazed by the building and the Capitol Visitor Center’s impressive programming.

Several au pairs commented on how much they love being able to tour DC’s many monuments and museums for free- definitely one of the perks living in the Capital City!
